Therapeutic respite event for parents
Each year Ivison Trust runs a therapeutic respite weekend for parents who are going through the devastating experience of their child being sexually or criminally exploited. The weekend is an invaluable opportunity for parents to come together and reflect, relax, share stories and strategies with other families. The weekend includes trauma-informed support and workshops which could include creative exercises and sharing ideas for tools and tips to equip parents.
